A Doughnut Pot

4 08 2009

This circular, doughnut-shaped object is indeed a teapot. Designed by Peter Bo, it consists of two parts – a ceramic, white teapot and a walnut base. I think it’s hardly practical, but it has a very eye-catching design and a decorative value for modern interiors.

It does look really cool! I wonder if it burns your hand when you pick it up.

Interesting! Doughnut-shape might be attractive!

There is really not much info about the pot, except for that it’s from 2007, but judging from it’s look it would be really hard to use it for tea making. I guess if you hold onto the upper part you wouldn’t get burned

Personally, I’d have called it the “Tape dispenser” teapot! ;O)
